I am in no doubt that women's health is more complex than any equation can solve, and once the emotional and spiritual have been accounted for, no formula will be able to tell you what you need. Only your intuition and deep knowing can guide your decisions.

I am purposefully non-licensed and, delighted to state, not medically trained. I personally don’t engage within the industrial medical system at all but can, and often do, support women who engage within the system. I am a big believer that women (all people really) should always do exactly what they truly want. In birth, in life, in death. The more integrity you’re living in, the more ease with which you really can have exactly what you truly want, as your choices will be aligned with your desires.

I was born by caesarean after my mum was told she couldn't birth breech, one of the many reasons I am so passionate about breech birth education, breech birth support and the simple truth that like many over-dramatised variations, breech is a variation of normal and you can still birth your baby with confidence. As said by Sister MorningStar, there are as many variations of normal as there are women.
