In my offerings, I am generous with my time and energy. With the intention to create a harmonious and secure relationship between myself and my clients, we can walk and talk together and eat and drink together. I am able to meet your immediate family (if you choose) and get to know who you are, what you need and what your dream birth and postpartum look like!  

I offer a selection of birth education, consultation and attendance packages as well as postpartum doula support and birth trauma debrief consultations, all bespoke to you.

    One off couples consultation in your home or online 2h, £120

    Birth Trauma Debrief Consultation

    A chance to unravel a traumatic birth experience for your own healing and or in preparation for your next birth.

  • My role in your birth is to honour the sacredness of your space and your authority as the birthing woman.

    • A minimum of 10 hours of antenatal preparation with the opportunity to explore any or all of the topics listed under “birth consultation & education”. Birth education required.

    • Monthly meet ups 

    • Online availability throughout your pregnancy 

    • I’ll be ‘on call’ for your birth from 37 weeks (or earlier) until your birth

    • Postpartum contact and check ins for the first 6 weeks, including the support listed under “Postpartum Support & Birth Debrief"

An in-depth coaching program developing your understanding of the mind, body, soul. On a journey through the landscape of womanhood, we will tailor a unique program relevant to you and your sage of life. 

Over 6 coaching sessions, we’ll cover a selection of body literacy topics, Fertility Awareness Method (FAM) education, cyclical living, the road to puberty and the journey of motherhood, we’ll be mapping menopause and so much more! It’s the full physiology of womanhood, from maiden to mother to crone!
